1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to D'Gathering (dgathering.com). By accessing or using our website, mobile features, card price aggregation engine, or player-to-player marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Card Price Aggregation & Search Service

D'Gathering aggregates Magic: The Gathering (MTG) card listings, inventory availability, and price data from independent Local Game Stores (LGS) across the Philippines and region. Please note:

  • Prices, stock quantities, and product conditions are controlled independently by third-party stores.
  • While we aim to provide near-real-time accuracy, final price confirmation and order fulfillment remain the responsibility of the selling store.
  • Clicking a store result redirects you directly to that store's official website or search portal.

3. Player-to-Player (P2P) Marketplace Disclaimer

D'Gathering provides a peer-to-peer marketplace feed where registered users can post card listings for sale or post "Looking For" (LF) buying requests:

  • Direct Transactions: All marketplace transactions, payment exchanges, and card deliveries occur directly between buyers and sellers via Facebook Messenger or direct contact.
  • No Escrow Service: D'Gathering does not hold funds, process payment payments, store financial information, or act as an escrow agent.
  • User Due Diligence: Buyers and sellers are advised to verify card conditions, request additional photos, and deal safely when conducting peer-to-peer trades.

4. User Accounts & Listing Guidelines

When creating an account or posting listings on D'Gathering:

  • You agree to provide accurate seller information, contact details, and authentic Facebook profile links.
  • Listings containing counterfeit cards, prohibited items, misleading descriptions, or offensive content will be removed immediately.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community integrity rules.

5. Intellectual Property & Fan Content Policy

Magic: The Gathering, card titles, Mana symbols, expansion names, and card artwork are copyrighted trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. D'Gathering is an independent pricing tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

D'Gathering is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from store inventory inaccuracies, third-party site downtime, or peer-to-peer transaction disputes between marketplace users.

7. Contact & Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of D'Gathering after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
